We are specialists in the defense of professionals in liability suits, insurance coverage and insurance liability defense.

Our firm is led by managing partner Robert M. Sullivan, who brings thirty-one years of experience as a specialist in the defense of professionals in liability suits, insurance coverage and insurance liability defense. Our practice was founded in 1999 as a professional liability department at a large downtown firm. In December, 2004, the present firm was formed and has been in business since that time, doing business under the name The Sullivan Law Group, LLP beginning in January, 2008 and changed its name to Sullivan & Klein, LLP in March, 2014.

Frederick Klein joined the firm at its inception in 2004 and became a partner in the firm on January 1, 2012.
